Chicken Caesar Lasagna Rolls

This is a very rich but SUPER yummy dish that changes up your routine lasagna PLUS it takes half the time!!! Great way to use up leftover chicken in the fridge :)

Sauce
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup CaesarSalad Dressing
Salt to taste

Lasagna Rolls
4 small chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1/2 cup Caesar Salad Dressing
8-10 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
15 ounce ricotta
1 egg yolk
1 cup shredded mozzarella, divided
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Make your sauce: Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour until blended. Gradually whisk in milk and Caesar dressing stirring constantly until sauce becomes thick and creamy....
