Chicken Congee

1 ½ cup of glutinous rice or for easy cooking you can use the left over cook rice.
¼ kl of chicken with bone cubes
1 table spoon of slice ginger
1 medium red onion slice
1 whole garlic for sauté
Black pepper and salt to taste
3 table spoon cooking oil
3 leaves of chives for toppings
4 boiled eggs
In the large pot put in the glutinous rice with 1L of water let it boil until you reach the congee consistency set a side. In a sauce pan sauté the garlic, onion, ginger, and chicken until the chicken skin become slightly brown. Put the sauté mixture to the congee then just add 1 cup of water stir and let it boil for 5 minutes let just the flavour combine. Then put the salt and pepper to taste. Serve it hot with toppings fried garlic, chives and boiled egg. And a slice of lime at the side.
