Chicken Divan Casserole (for the freezer)

This hearty casserole tastes like comfort food, but can be prepared in flash! Make one for dinner tonight, and one to put in your freezer for later.

16 oz package frozen broccoli, steamed
3 cups shredded chicken
1 can mushrooms (or water chestnuts, if desired)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp curry powder
3 Tbsp melted butter, divided
3 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup bread crumbs (panko works well)
