Chicken fried rice is one of the famous chicken recipes made in an Indo- Chinese style.
INGREDIENTS:
(1 cup) Cooked basmati rice
(½ cup) Shredded chicken
1 cup Egg yolk
¼ cup Finely sliced baby corn
¼ cup Finely chopped bell peppers
1 tablespoon Finely chopped celery stalks
2 tablespoons Finely chopped spring onions
2 cloves Finely chopped garlic
pinch Finely chopped ginger
3 tablespoons Kissan Sweet and Spicy Sauce
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
