This Indian recipe is loved by chicken lovers for its unique taste and is eaten as a side dish.

1/2 kg Chicken
100 g small Onion
10 flakes garlic
50 g garlic
2 green chilli
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt as required
Coriander leaves to garnish
Heat oil in a pan. Add grated small onion and green chilli; fry till golden in colour. Add ginger and garlic paste and fry till it is brown in colour. Add chicken and fry till it loses all the moisture Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala and sprinkle some water and cook for 15 mins Garnish with coriander leaves.
