3 Tablespoons soy sauce ( low sodium )
3 Tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
LO MEIN:
8 ounces uncooked lo mein noodles ( uncooked SEE NOTES )
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 1/2 tablespoon garlic ( minced )
2 medium chicken breasts, cut into thin strips ( skinless and boneless )
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup snow peas
3 cups fresh spinach
