This Chicken Milanese is chicken cutlets coated with breadcrumbs, then pan fried until crispy and golden brown. An easy dinner option that can be paired with a variety of sauces and side dishes to make a complete meal.

1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp milk
3 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp fresh parsley ( chopped )
For the salad:
2 cups arugula
1/4 cup red onion ( thinly sliced )
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes ( halved )
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp shaved parmesan cheese
slat and pepper to taste
