2 Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Minced Garlic
1 cup Quinoa
1 cup Vegetable Broth
1 cup Corn Kernels
Juice from 1 Lime
1 cup Feta Cheese
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin
Salt and Pepper to Taste
