CHICKEN ROULADE 🥘
Chicken roulade is a French classic culinary delight. Skinless, boneless chicken breast is stuffed with delicious concoction of spinach, ricotta cheese and mushrooms, rolled and wrapped close with strips of savory bacon.
- Step 1Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Step 2Butterfly the chicken breasts. Gently pound out the butterflied breasts to flatten them. Add salt and pepper.
