2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 (8 ounce) package button mushrooms sliced
2 large cloves garlic minced
4 slices crispy cooked bacon chopped
2/3 cup quartered artichokes
3 tablespoons capers
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/3 cup flour
