1 cup bell peppers ( thinly sliced, I use red, yellow and green )
1/2 cup red onions ( thinly sliced )
2 tsp minced garlic
1 lb boneless skinless chicken tenderloins ( also called chicken tenders )
1/2 cup flour
salt and pepper to taste
10 ounces dry angel hair pasta
2 tbsp chopped parsley
For the sauce:
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup white wine
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
