3 tablespoons olive oil
1 piece onion ( chopped )
4 clove(s) garlic ( diced )
1 inch knob of ginger ( diced )
1 carrot ( chopped into half-rounds )
1 celery stalk ( chopped )
1 red bell pepper ( chopped )
1 bunch of chard ( chopped )
1/4 cup green onions ( chopped )
1/3 cup parsley ( chopped )
3 tablespoons tamari
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
