1/2 white onion
6 cloves garlic
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup white wine
28 oz crushed tomatoes
1 fresh basil sprig
3 cups chickpeas
1/4 cup parsley
