A super easy one pot yummy Chili Mac recipe with a perfect blend of spices all topped with Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese..

1 1/2 lbs. chili ground chuck
1 small onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can dark red kidney beans drained and rinsed
2 1/2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
