Tangy tomatillos, mild green chili, and chicken cooked into a mushroom-infused bone broth.

1 pound tomatillos ( husked )
2 tablespoons olive oil
to taste Kosher salt
1 onion ( yellow )
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon garlic ( ground )
1 teaspoon cumin ( ground )
½ teaspoon Mexican oregano ( dried )
1 jalapeno pepper ( minced )
2 cups Kettle and Fire Mushroom Chicken Bone Broth
2 cooked chicken breasts ( shredded )
to taste black pepper ( Freshly ground )

2 tablespoons shelled pumpkin seeds ( toasted )
4 fresh cilantro ( chopped )
