14 oz canned diced tomatoes
1 1/2 tbsp chopped chipotle peppers
1 bell pepper
1 tsp olive oil
1 shallot

6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
