A super easy, healthy, vegetarian wrap that's packed full of flavor and only takes about 5 minutes of hands-on time to prepare!

4 bell peppers, any colors, sliced

1 onion, sliced

2 cups mushrooms, sliced

1 can corn

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

extra virgin olive oil

3/4 cup hummus
