Here is some deliciously addicting comfort food. Serve with crusty bread and a salad for a complete meal.

1 Salmon filet, raw and cut into 1 inch cubes
1 1/2 C. corn, frozen or fresh
1 1/2 sweet potato, peeled and cubed
1/2 onion, chopped
1 stick celery, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
10 strips bacon, chopped and cooked
1 chipotle chili, minced
1 1/2-2 Tbsp adobo sauce from chilies
1/2 heavy cream
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste
4 C. chicken broth
2 C. water
1 1/2 C. corn, frozen or fresh
