Delicious Chocolate Almond Mousse Cake Recipe.

2 ounces dark chocolate ( broken into squares )
7 ounces marzipan ( grated or chopped )
7 fluid ounces milk
1 cup self rising flour
2 eggs ( separated )
1/2 cup light muscovado sugar
4 ounces plain chocolate ( chopped into small pieces )
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 eggs ( separated )
2 tbsp amaretto liqueur
1 chocolate ganache
to taste almonds ( toasted )
