Chocolate and banana fool

A lovely rich dessert - perfect served with shortbread or biscotti.

Serves 4:

110g plain or dark chocolate
2 peeled and sliced bananas
300ml ready-made custard
1. Melt the chocolate in a microwave and then set aside to cool. 2. Once cool, pour the custard into the chocolate and gently fold it in - the idea is to make a ripple/marble effect. 3. Add the chopped banana to the chocolate custard mixture. 4. Spoon this into four bowls or glasses. 5. Leave to chill in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
