Juicy beetroot lend a special flavour to this delicious chocolate cake!

to taste coco powder
8 ounces beetroot
4 ounces unsalted butter
15 ounces light brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
3 ounces bittersweet chocolate ( melted )
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup buttermilk
to taste chocolate curls ( optional )
16 fluid ounces whipping cream
1 1/4 pound bittersweet chocolate ( chopped )
1 tablespoons vanilla esssence
