Chocolate and Salted Cashew Caramel Brownie Cake

100 g (3/4 cup) dark chocolate
100 g ( just under 1/2 cup butter )
50 ml (3 tablespoons) strong brewed coffee
60 g (4 tablespoons) brown sugar
65 g (4½ tablespoons) white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
40 g (1/4 cup) plain ( all-purpose flour )
15 g (1 tablespoon) cocoa
400 g tin of caramel ( I used Nestle )
Handful of salted cashews
200 g milk chocolate
