The soft texture, the sweetness, the chocolate smell, this delicious Chocolate Banana Pancakes recipe has it all!

1 small ripe banana
2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
6 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons quinoa flour
7 tablespoons oat flour
1 teaspoon maple syrup
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
150 ml non-dairy milk
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Topping:
1 tablespoon maple syrup
5 blueberries
5 raspberries
  • For these pancakes, we used oat and quinoa flour. To make oat flour, add rolled oats into a blender od food processor and blend until you reach a flour consistency.

100 g Prawn

Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
