1 small ripe banana
2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
6 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons quinoa flour
7 tablespoons oat flour
1 teaspoon maple syrup
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
150 ml non-dairy milk
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Topping:
1 tablespoon maple syrup
5 blueberries
5 raspberries
2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
6 tablespoons water

- For these pancakes, we used oat and quinoa flour. To make oat flour, add rolled oats into a blender od food processor and blend until you reach a flour consistency.
