Moist chocolate cake is paired with a raspberry Swiss Meringue Buttercream

Chocolate Cake:
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup cake flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
4 eggs
1 cup plain non fat Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Raspberry Swiss Meringue Buttercream:
2 cups frozen raspberries, thawed
6 egg whites
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups unsalted butter, softened

Preheat the oven to 325º F. Spray 3- 8 inch round cake pans with cooking spray and line the bottom with parchment paper.
