Easy, delicious and healthy Chocolate Chestnut Roulade recipe

6 ounces bittersweet chocolate
2 tbsp cocoa powder ( sifted )
4 tbsp hot strong coffee ( or espresso )
6 eggs
3 ounces caster sugar
pinch tartar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
cocoa powder ( for dusting )
glace chestnuts ( to decorate )
CHESTNUT CREAM FILLING
2 cups double cream
2 tbsp rum or coffee-flavored liqueur
1 1/2 cups canned sweetened chestnut puree
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate
