Chocolate Chip Cookies joined with delicious brownie batter to make a Brookie!

1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup flour
1/4 cup unsweetened natural cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
