Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Brownies

These delicious, fudgy bars have the same flavor as a topsy-turvy cupcake, but require less prep time. Bring them anywhere, and I guarantee you'll get plenty of requests for the recipe!

1 pkg chocolate fudge cake mix (regular, double-layer size)
3 eggs, divided
1/3 C vegetable oil
1 - 8 oz box cream cheese, softened
1/3 C sugar
1 - 12 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
