Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies

Wonderfully chewy chocolate chip cookies with added pecans.

1-1/2 sticks unsalted butter - softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2-1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1-1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
