Chocolate Cookie Covered Peanut Butter Cookies

The title is long, but it is exactly what it is, a chocolate drop cookie covering a peanut butter cookie. I came about as a brain storing session with my son and husband. We were debating on weather we want to make a chocolate or peanut butter cookie and then the idea came up to combine them.

Peanut Butter Cookie Ingredients:
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 t baking powder
3/4 t baking soda
1/4 t salt

Chocolate Cookie ingredients:
2/3 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup buttermilk (I just used milk)
1 t vanilla
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
