Chocolate Cream and Salted Caramel Tart

This was extremely rich. It's a definite showstopper. It was very decadent and I am pretty sure it goes against ANY or possibly all my New Year’s Resolutions LOL

For the crust:
2 and 1/4 cups flour
1/4 cup powdered almonds
2/3 cup butter, cold, cut into cubes
3/8 cup sugar
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch powdered vanilla

For the salted caramel sauce:
3/8 cup sugar
1 tablespoon water
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon butter
pinch of salt

For the chocolate cream:
2 cups heavy cream
12 oz dark chocolate chips

For the whipped cream:
1 cup heavy cream, very cold
2 tablespoons icing sugar
