Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Chocolate Crinkle Cookies are soft melt in your mouth chocolate brownie like cookies. The dough is rolled in a thick coating of powdered sugar and then baked giving it that beautiful crinkled appearance. They make a beautiful display on a holiday cookie tray.

2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsweetened dutch cocoa
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup canola oil
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover baking sheet with silicone mat or parchment paper.
