These cookies remind me of my childhood. I love these! I was so happy when I found a great recipe for them. If you are craving chocolate, make these, you won't be disappointed!

1/4 cup butter ( melted )
1/2 cup coco powder
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cups powdered sugar
