Not much is better than a Chocolate Lava Cake, with a ooey gooey chocolate liquid core, served with a fresh Raspberry and Red Currant Sauce. It's easy yet feels really luxurious.

20 gr butter
100 gr chocolate
100 gr butter
100 gr sugar
100 gr flour
2 egg yolks
2 eggs
400 gr red currants
30 gr sugar
100 gr raspberries
  1. Prepare 4 moulds/ramekins*. Brush them with melted butter and place them in the freezer while you make the batter. You don't have to do this, but it's easier to get the cakes out of the ramekins...
