A quick easy cookie that requires no oven and tastes great!

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk
2 cups sugar
1 T. vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups quick cooking oats
In a large saucepan, combine the butter, cocoa, milk, sugar, vanilla, and peanut butter. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Stir in oats and drop by spoonfuls onto a sheet of waxed paper. Cool and enjoy!!
