A chocolate cake with chopped Oreo pieces baked into the batter and sandwiched between a layer of cookies n'cream frosting. Topped with chocolate frosting and more Oreos!

8-10 slices
For the Cake:
2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 large eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
10 Oreos ( chopped into quarters )
1/2 teaspoon espresso powder ( optional )
Oreo Whipped Cream Frosting :
2 cups heavy cream
6 tablespoons granulated sugar
10 Oreos ( crushed )
Chocolate Frosting:
6 tablespoons unsalted butter ( softened )
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 3/4 cup confectioner's sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
