Looking for a quick to-go breakfast/snack recipe that everyone will adore? These Chocolate Peanut Breakfast Protein Bars are a great alternative to store bought granola bars and contain no refined sugar or gluten.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Press mixture into lightly greased 8X8 dish. Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into bars. Store bars in refrigerator.
