A gluten free (or traditional) graham cracker crust topped with a homemade chocolate pudding then layered with freshly whipped cream on top.

12 graham crackers gluten free
6 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
2.5 cups whole milk
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
4 egg yolks
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
