Chocolate Pumpkin Banana Muffins

Delightful muffins full of fruits and veggies. Your picky eaters won't know the difference!

3 bananas, mashed
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup zucchini, grated
1 egg
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup instant oatmeal
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup organic raw honey
-Mix banana, zucchini, pumpkin, egg, honey and applesauce. Combine well. -Add flour, baking soda and powder, salt, pumpkin pie spice, oatmeal, cocoa and chocolate chips. Stir together well. -Pour mixture into muffin tins. - Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over tops of muffins. -Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. -Enjoy!
