Chocolate Red Wine Ice Cream is a fun and romantic way to celebrate Valentine's Day with your special someone. The chocolate flavor is rich and creamy while the red wine adds a subtlety of depth to make the flavors pop!

4-6 people
2 cups milk ( I used 2% )
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup red wine ( I used Bogle Cabernet )
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon espresso powder
1/2 cup honey ( if you want the ice cream sweetener )
  1. READ YOUR ICE CREAM MAKERS INSTRUCTION BOOKLET. MINE SAYS THE ICE CREAM MAKER'S CANISTER MUST BE FROZEN FOR 24 HOURS BEFORE MAKING ICE CREAM.
