50 ml (1/4 cup) brewed coffee ( cold )
2 eggs
200 g (1 cup) sugar
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
40 g (5 tablespoons) cocoa
50 g (1/4 cup) white chocolate ( melted )

A Spanish omelette is also known as tortilla de patatas in Spain where it is a tapa and it consists of just four ingredients plus seasoning. It is a Spanish classic dish for very good reasons.
