These deliciously healthy crepes are a perfectly good for you breakfast treat!

For Crepes:

1 cup white whole wheat flour (can also use unbleached all purpose flour)

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tbsp powdered sugar or powdered honey

1 1/2 cups lowfat milk

2 egg whites

1 egg

1 tsp canola oil

For Filling:

1 1/2 cups strawberry Greek yogurt (I used Chobani)

Fresh cut strawberries if desired

It's moist and tender thanks to sour cream in the batter, and studded with miniature chocolate chips for even more decadent flavor.
