1/4 C Malibu Rum
1/2 C Sweetened Flake Coconut

4 oz Heavy Cream

Place chopped chocolate in a bowl
Place heavy cream and corn syrup in a microwave safe container and heat to boiling
Pour cream over chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes
