Chong Qing Diced Chicken with Dried Chilli


Chong Qing Diced Chicken, as the name suggests is a delicious snack and a side dish that is widely consumed delicacy in the region of Chong Qing. It is made by deep-frying diced chicken which is then seasoned with dried Chili, fried garlic and Sichuan peppercorn. Being a popular dish, you can enjoy this around many popular restaurants around the globe good restaurants in Singapore for example serve slightly different variants of this dish. 150 grams Chicken thigh
50 grams Dried Chilli
5 grams Peppercorn
10 grams Garlic
05 grams Ginger
10 grams Green onion
03 grams Sesame oil
05 grams Chinese rice win
05 grams Chicken powder
20 grams Dark soy sauce
Cornstarch ( a small amount )
