Christmas soup

pork - 300 g
bacon - 100 g
onion - 2 cloves
sauerkraut - 1 sheet
savory - 1 tablespoon
celery - 1 tablespoon
red pepper - 1 tsp
pepper - 4-5 grains
dry red pepper - 1.

rice - ½ cup
vermicelli - 1 handful
cabbage juice - 2 l
water - ½ cup
flour - 2 tbsp
for BUILD:
eggs - 1.
vinegar - 1 tsp
Boil water. Add the chopped onion. When the onion is softened, add the two quarts of cabbage juice and the raw cabbage. Add chopped pork and bacon, give it a while then remove any foam that has formed. Add black pepper , paprika, pepper and rice. When the rice is almost cooked, add vermicelli, savory, celery and flour in water. Thicken the soup with a beaten egg and vinegar.
