This is a sweet and creamy treat with the perfect little bit of crunch from the cinnamon apple topping.

Crust
30 Crisp Oatmeal Cookies (small)
3 Tbsp Butter (melted)

Cream Cheese Filling
8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
2 Tbsp Sugar
4 C Whipped Topping

Apple Pie Topping
6 Medium Granny Smith Apples
3 Tbsp Butter
¼ C Sugar
¼ C Water
½ C Brown Sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
