These delicious Cinnamon Berry Muffins have all the flavors you love from a homemade blueberry muffin but with an extra twist of cinnamon.
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus 1/2 Tablespoon for sprinkling on top
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 Tablespoons margarine
3/4 cups granulated sugar
1 large egg
1/2 cup buttermilk*
1 cup blueberries, plus 1/4 cup for topping
coarse sugar, for sprinkling on top
