1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 eggs
1 can (15 ounce) can pure pumpkin puree
1/2 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup cinnamon chips
1 cup sugar
