Coffee is a necessity throughout the year but during the monsoons, it's even more essential. Here IFN chef Kamini Patel has made new version of healthy Coffee, Cinnamon Coffee.

3 tbsp ground coffee
1 tbsp orange zest
1/2 ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/4 vanilla pod
1 tbsp orange zest
1/2 ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/4 vanilla pod
Stir the orange zest, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves in the plunger, you may use a wooden spoon or chopsticks.
