Cinnamon knots

One just isn't enough. Two pans went so quickly with just my husband and I. These are prefect for breakfast, snacks or just dessert :).

1/2 c warm water (for yeast)
3 T yeast
2 1/2 c water
3/4 c sugar (put a dab in yeast mixture)
3/4 c shortening, melted
1 T salt
2 eggs
1/2 c dried milk
1/2 c raisins (optional)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
8 c flour

1 cube margarine/butter, melted
1 c brown sugar
1 c sugar
3 T cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Dissolve yeast in 1/2 c water with dab of sugar. Add all ingredients except the rest of the water and flour. Mix well then add water and flour. Mix just until flour is mixed in....
