A tasty loaf of sourdough, cinnamon and raisins.

1 C starter
1 1/4 C all purpose flour*
1 C warm water


1 1/2 C milk
2 Tbs honey
2 tsp salt
2 Tbs butter
6 1/2 C all purpose flour*
